Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 10, 2026. Version: 2026-10-10.
About Company Outfitter and These Terms
Company Outfitter is a branded-apparel and private company-store service operated by One in Five, LLC (referred to as “Company Outfitter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern requests for company stores, preview-store activation, use of our website and company storefronts, artwork provided or authorized by businesses, and purchases of decorated merchandise.
By submitting a company-store request, activating a preview store, or placing an order, the person taking that action agrees to the provisions applicable to that activity and represents that information supplied is accurate. A person acting for a business represents that they have authority to act for that business. A person making an individual purchase is responsible for their own purchasing choices, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree, do not submit the applicable request or order.
Company-Store Setup and Activation
We offer private storefronts featuring apparel styles, apparel colors, and design placements selected for the business. Standard setup requests do not themselves place merchandise orders or require a minimum merchandise purchase. Store requests are subject to our review for completeness, eligibility, lawful use, availability, and usable artwork. We may request clarifications or suitable artwork, decline requests, or make reasonable adjustments before activation.
Any estimated store-setup period starts only after we have the required information and usable artwork. Estimates are not guarantees. We ordinarily prepare and publish a store without asking the business to separately approve each individual mockup. The authorized business contact may review the published store and request changes; revisions may affect the timing or availability of particular designs.
Prebuilt Prospect Stores
We may create a non-orderable preview for a prospective business using publicly visible branding as a reference. A marketing preview may be available directly through its invitation link without a login or password; anyone who obtains the link may be able to view it. We do not intentionally include confidential company information in marketing previews. Creating a preview does not establish a customer relationship, imply the business endorsed Company Outfitter, grant us rights to manufacture goods with its marks, or authorize orders. Preview content is illustrative and may need corrections.
A preview becomes an active company store only after an authorized representative requests activation and accepts the applicable terms. By activating, the representative confirms the business is entitled to authorize use of the branding shown in the preview and any later submitted artwork. A representative may request changes before or after activation. We may suspend activation until questions about identity, authorization, or artwork are resolved.
Artwork Ownership, Authorization, and Limited License
The business and its licensors retain ownership of artwork, trade names, logos, trademarks, photographs, and other materials they supply or approve for use. The submitting or activating representative confirms that the business has obtained the rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to use those materials on the requested merchandise and storefront, including rights associated with third-party brands, copyrighted illustrations, photographs, licensed characters, and individual likenesses.
The business grants One in Five, LLC and the service providers needed to fulfill the requested services a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, resize, crop, clean up, adapt for decoration, show in private store previews and product listings, print, decorate, sell, and fulfill the authorized merchandise, and to display those offered products in related Company Outfitter communications. This permission is limited to providing and promoting the requested company-apparel services; it does not transfer ownership of the business's underlying materials.
The business must promptly notify us if a permission ends or a dispute is raised. We may decline, remove, suspend, or revise artwork, stores, products, or unfulfilled orders when we reasonably question ownership, authorization, suitability, or legality. We may request evidence of permission. Public online visibility of a logo or image, by itself, is not proof that it may be commercially reproduced.
Any separately commissioned artwork, brand redesign, or transfer of ownership beyond the ordinary store-setup service will be governed by a separate written agreement if applicable.
Product Selection, Previews, and Personalization
Available apparel styles, colors, sizes, and design placements vary by company and product. Product photos and mockups help customers make selections, but screen colors, garment fit, decoration scale, placement, fabric texture, and print appearance may differ modestly from a digital preview. Comparable garment substitutions or changes that materially affect an order will be communicated when approval is appropriate.
Customers are responsible for choosing the intended apparel style, color, size, design placement, quantity, and any name or other personalization. Please review spelling and order details before checkout. Free personalization is offered where indicated and is not available with full-chest artwork when that placement occupies the personalization area. The available options and character limits are shown at the time of ordering.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Submitting a store request does not place an order. Merchandise is ordered separately through the company storefront or an approved payment link. Product prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and eligible discounts are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious errors, verify unusual orders, and cancel orders we cannot fulfill, with applicable refunds. An automated order acknowledgement does not prevent us from contacting the buyer about an error or an unavailable item.
Payments are processed using the checkout methods made available through Shopify and associated payment providers. Customers must use an authorized payment method. If part of an order is unavailable, we may propose an alternative, adjust the order with the customer's agreement, or cancel and refund the unavailable portion as required.
Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Company apparel is commonly produced or decorated after an order is placed. Estimated production and delivery dates reflect current operations and are not guaranteed arrival dates. We will use reasonable efforts to ship within an advertised or agreed timeframe. If we cannot meet an applicable shipment timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide required delay, cancellation, and refund options under applicable law.
Blank-apparel shortages, supplier interruptions, equipment failures beyond reasonable control, severe weather, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, and similar circumstances can affect production or delivery. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruptions and communicate material delays. These events do not eliminate our legal obligations to provide shipment-delay notices, obtain required consent, or issue refunds when applicable.
Shipping options and charges appear at checkout. Once a shipment is handed to a carrier, tracking and delivery depend partly on the carrier; we will assist with delivery problems where reasonably possible. Customers must provide accurate delivery information and contact us promptly about missing or damaged parcels.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems
Because company-branded and personalized apparel is made for a particular buyer or business, returns or exchanges for changed preferences, an incorrect size selected by the buyer, or personalization mistakes entered by the buyer generally are not offered once production has begun, except where required by law or expressly agreed by Company Outfitter.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, materially different from what was ordered, or with an error caused by us, please contact us as soon as reasonably practical, preferably within 14 days after delivery, with the order number and photographs if available. Reporting within 14 days helps us investigate and arrange prompt replacements; it is a preferred timeframe, not an automatic cutoff for valid claims or rights under applicable law. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund. If the problem is our error or the product is defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when we ask that the item be returned, ordinarily by providing a prepaid label or other agreed arrangement. If we approve a discretionary return or exchange for another reason, we will explain any applicable shipping or processing charges before it proceeds.
Cancellation requests should be sent promptly. We will try to accommodate them before production, but a custom order may become noncancellable once work is underway, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights to refunds or cancellation for unshipped or delayed merchandise. Where a separate published Refund Policy applies, it supplements these provisions and cannot override rights provided by law.
Returned, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Merchandise
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, an unsuccessful delivery, or failure to collect it, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the purchaser using available order details and arrange redelivery or another appropriate resolution. Additional delivery costs caused by an address error may be charged only after the customer is advised of and agrees to those costs, except where otherwise authorized by law or the original checkout terms.
We do not automatically forfeit or dispose of paid merchandise after a fixed number of days under these Terms. If items remain unclaimed despite reasonable contact attempts, we may provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to arrange collection or redelivery before taking further steps, subject to applicable unclaimed-property, consumer-protection, and refund requirements. Custom merchandise requiring clarification will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping and Bulk Savings Offers
For eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.), we currently offer automatic free ground shipping on qualifying merchandise subtotals of $200 or more and 10% bulk-order savings on qualifying merchandise subtotals of $1,000 or more. The two offers may be combined when both thresholds are met. Thresholds are based on merchandise subtotal before tax and shipping, and qualifying savings are applied automatically at checkout without a code.
Special offers may be modified prospectively, subject to published offer terms, applicable law, and any promotional conditions disclosed before purchase. See our Shipping & Bulk Savings page for current details.
Complimentary Branded T-Shirt Offer
When offered to eligible inbound businesses, the complimentary branded T-shirt sample program is limited to one approved sample per verified business in the contiguous United States, subject to availability and program verification. No minimum merchandise purchase or uniform order is required. An approved request receives a separate checkout link to pay the disclosed $8.95 shipping charge. Submission alone does not guarantee acceptance or delivery.
This program is separate from the prospective-company activation gift-card offer. Any additional eligibility conditions must be clearly disclosed with the promotion.
$25 Prospect Activation Gift Card
Certain prequalified businesses that receive an invitation to activate a prebuilt company-store preview may qualify for a one-time $25 Company Outfitter digital gift card after completing eligible activation requirements, including acceptance of the activation terms. This is not a universal benefit for every company-store signup. When issued, the gift card is delivered by email with a redemption code rather than added automatically as employee account credit.
An eligible recipient may use the gift card toward Company Outfitter merchandise and applicable checkout charges, including shipping, as permitted by the checkout. No minimum merchandise purchase is required to redeem the issued gift card. Any unused balance remains associated with the card, subject to the disclosed gift-card terms and applicable law. Requirements concerning expiration, cash redemption, fees, or other restrictions will follow applicable law and be disclosed when relevant; no undisclosed expiration or inactivity fee is imposed by these Terms. Please protect the gift-card code and contact us if you need help locating it.
Invitation and activation deadlines, if any, govern eligibility to receive a promotional gift card and are not automatically an expiration date for a card already issued.
Company Accounts, Managers, and Team Members
Company-store access is intended for authorized people associated with an approved business. Depending on the store configuration, a designated Company Manager may be able to administer company information, view company-location order activity, or manage access. Team Members may have more limited permissions. Access and management features depend on the functions enabled for that company and are not promised merely by these Terms.
Businesses should promptly tell us when a representative or employee should lose access. Each buyer is responsible for reviewing and authorizing purchases made with their own payment method and for keeping their login secure, subject to applicable law and protections against unauthorized transactions. A person's access to a company store does not, by itself, authorize charging a business payment method or purchasing on the business's behalf. Company payment methods and merchandise allowances may be used only as expressly authorized by the business. Purchases alleged to be unauthorized will be reviewed based on the circumstances, applicable payment-provider rules, and law; use of an account or credentials alone does not automatically establish personal liability for fraud or another person's transaction.
If merchandise allowances or individual store-credit programs are offered in the future, the applicable allowance rules, account permissions, balances, purchase authorizations, and terms will be disclosed separately before they are used.
Store Inactivity, Archiving, and Reactivation
Company stores have no minimum merchandise-order requirement. We do not automatically close a store merely because an order has not been placed. We may archive or deactivate an inactive store after a prolonged period of inactivity, after making reasonable efforts to notify the designated company contact and provide an opportunity to keep the store active or request reactivation. We may also suspend a store promptly when necessary for security, suspected infringement, or misuse. Archiving does not cancel paid orders, eliminate refund obligations, or change our obligations concerning customer information. Reactivation and the availability of older designs or garments may depend on current offerings.
Website Content and Acceptable Use
Except for materials belonging to businesses or other rights holders, our website content, software, product presentations, and Company Outfitter branding belong to us or our licensors. Visitors may use the website for legitimate company-store requests and permitted shopping, but may not misuse accounts, circumvent company-specific access restrictions, submit unlawful or infringing material, interfere with site operations, scrape restricted company information, or impersonate a business representative.
We may restrict access or decline transactions involving suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, infringement, or misuse, subject to applicable law and customer rights.
Communications, Privacy, and Third Parties
We may use the contact information provided to send transactional communications, such as request acknowledgements, artwork questions, invitations, order updates, shipping notices, and gift-card delivery or service reminders as applicable. Marketing communications, where sent, are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Checkout, payment, shipping, and other functions may rely on third-party service providers and their separately applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for websites operated independently by third parties.
Warranties, Liability, and Intellectual-Property Claims
We aim to describe merchandise and services accurately, but do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or that every preview will match a finished decorated garment exactly. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated or required by law. Nothing here limits nonwaivable consumer protections, remedies for our errors, or rights that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for unforeseeable indirect or consequential losses arising from ordinary use of the service. These Terms do not eliminate refunds or other remedies required by law and do not exclude liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.
A business that provides or authorizes graphics remains responsible for its legal authority to use them. To the extent permitted by law, the business agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless One in Five, LLC from reasonable third-party claims, damages, settlements, and associated legal expenses arising from allegations that artwork, logos, names, or other materials the business supplied or expressly authorized us to use infringe another party's intellectual-property or publicity rights, but only to the extent the claim results from our use of those materials within the authorization and instructions provided. This obligation does not extend to claims caused by our use outside the authorization, our independent unauthorized changes, or our own unlawful conduct. We will provide reasonably prompt notice of a claim and cooperate in its defense; no settlement requiring an admission or obligation by the other party may be agreed without that party's reasonable consent.
Policies, Updates, and Contact
These Terms should be read alongside the current checkout disclosures, our Shipping & Bulk Savings information, Apparel Details & Fit information, and Privacy Policy. Any FAQ is intended to explain these policies in plain language; a specific offer or checkout disclosure may provide additional terms. Applicable law controls where terms conflict with mandatory rights.
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material updates will be identified with a version or effective date. We may retain records of the version accepted by the company representative or buyer, the acceptance time, and the company or order to which it relates, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Updates do not retroactively remove already-accrued rights. For questions, disputes, return assistance, or requests to correct a store, use our Contact page.
